For this super high-rise building, we used large-format high-transparency insulating glass panels, each weighing over one ton, a rare choice for towers of this scale.

The project also marked Japan’s first application of exterior ceramic printing on high-performance glass.

The vertical stripe pattern is printed on one side of the ceramic. In order to adopt it for a large-area property, detailed discussions were held with the ink manufacturer, glass manufacturer, and construction JV.

Processing and guarantee standards were established, and an extremely sharp white print was achieved, as intended by the design.

The irregularly shaped, highly transparent laminated glass in the lower floors has a complex shape that requires advanced installation techniques.

超高層ビル用では珍しい、構造の厚い1トン超/枚の大板高透過複層ガラスを採用。高性能ガラスに外部セラミック印刷を導入した国内初の試み。

縦ストライプパターンは、1面セラミック印刷。大面積の物件に採用するに当たり、インクメーカー・ガラスメーカー・施工JVと入念な打ち合わせを実施。加工基準・保証基準を定め、設計意匠の狙い通り非常にシャープな白色印刷を実現した。

低層部の異形高透過合せガラス部は高い施工技術が求められる複雑な形状。 当社にて取付作業を請け負った。
